Very important: Do not send anything back without contacting us first.

If you need to swap a size, it's no problem:

  • Contact us no later than 7 days from delivery, then wait for a return authorisation number from us.
  •  the cost of the return / re-shipment will be the buyers' responsibility.
  • Ship goods back no later than 7 days from our response, to the address stated on the authorisation
  • Return the goods to the address in an unworn, unwashed condition, as they were received.

  • Email us the tracking details once they have been posted back, this will speed up the exchange by several days.
  • Pack well for the journey, goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by us
  • Goods that show signs of being worn will not be accepted for return 

You should send back by a trackable shipping method.

The return address is different to the one stated on the envelop and on our website. Do not post to either of these addresses. 

Refunds

If you decide you don't want something you bought from us, no problem. We offer refunds with the same conditions as with exchanges.

Refunds are subject to deductions of initial shipping costs.

Important: In line with standard retail practice, we reserve the right to refuse goods returned to us outside of the returns window, or returns which have been worn, washed or are otherwise returned to us in a non-resale condition.
